Samoborski vrtovi is a master planned community that has 350 townhomes/apartments and approximately 1,000 m2 of commercial space and over 3,000 m2 of parks located just outside Zagreb in Samobor. The project includes open spaces, bike trails, kindergarten and homes with their own garden.

Krk “apartments” in the settlement are unique in many aspects. They offer many advantages that classic examples of this type of “apartments” do not offer. They are designed as terraced house and represent ideal community life with a garden and terrace of your own. The units differ in arrangement of rooms, size and orientation.
What they have in common is only the concept of bright, open living spaces, functionality and harmony with nature for relaxed and comfortable living. Gardens and terraces offer enough space for children to play, to have picnics or host your guests… and some of them even for swimming pool. Living part with kitchen opens to the terrace and green garden by means or large aluminium sliding panorama glass walls that enable undisturbed pleasure in wonderful views.
