VMP Design transformation of 78 m2 stone house in the historic town of Betina on Murter – Kornati with sea view, 150 m from the sea coast.
The complete renovation of a house was in accordance with the requirements of the Conservation Department in Sibenik made 2011th year. Layout of rooms in the house:
Ground floor – living room, bedroom, bar, toilet and bathrooms,
1st floor – master bedroom with bathroom and sauna,
2 floor – kitchen with dining room and living room with sea view, a fireplace and a large skylight the living room gives the effect of the atrium.
The house was air conditioned and have floor heating and fireplace. Colledani Materia floors, walls and elements. This house was our first showroom.
